1. Your files
File tools on PDFPremium.pro — including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, resizing, passport photos, recording and ZIP tools — process selected files locally in your browser using JavaScript and browser APIs. Those files are not transmitted to or stored on PDFPremium servers. A tool may download a software component from a content-delivery network, but that does not upload your selected file.
2. Translation and browser speech services
The Text Translator processes English ↔ Hindi on your device after downloading a model. For other language pairs, it sends the text you enter to MyMemory when you press Translate. MyMemory's availability, limits and privacy practices apply to that request. Do not translate confidential or highly sensitive text.
Voice Typing uses the speech-recognition service provided by your browser or operating system and may send microphone audio to that provider for recognition. Text to Speech uses voices supplied by your device or browser. Voice Recorder and Screen Recorder create recordings locally in the browser and do not upload the recording to PDFPremium servers.
Daily business records and new language tools
Business Profile, Billing, Stock, Customer Ledger, Cashbook and Tasks store the records you enter in this browser’s local storage on this device. PDFPremium does not sync those records to an account or server. Download a JSON backup before clearing browser data or moving to another device. Downloaded backups contain your entered records; keep them private.
The PDF Translator and English AI Summarizer download model files from Hugging Face on first use. Those services receive ordinary connection information for the model download. The document text is processed on your device and is not sent to a translation or AI inference service. Browser caches can retain downloaded models until you clear site data. Other language pairs in the Text Translator use MyMemory as described above.
3. Information we collect
We do not require accounts, sign-ups, or personal details to use any tool. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or the contents of your documents.
Like most websites, we may use standard analytics to understand general traffic patterns — for example, which pages are visited and from which country. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
4. Local storage
Some convenience features use your browser's local storage, which stays on your own device. For example, if you post a review on our site, it may be saved in your browser's local storage. This information is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.
5. Cookies and advertising
PDFPremium.pro is free to use. Advertising, including Google AdSense, may be enabled after the publisher account and consent setup are ready. Ad serving is disabled in this release until configured.

8. Children's privacy
PDFPremium.pro is a general-audience website and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect personal information from any user, no such data is retained.
